Love the staff, very large rooms and friendly people. We come here ever 4-5weeks for my daughters cancer treatments. Have been coming here for almost a year. Our Spanish isn’t the best but it’s ok because many of the staff speak English and all of our doctors speak fluently. Highly recommended. We also go to OCA hospital and this one is much newer.

One of the best Hospitals in Monterrey. Beautiful staff and personal. Underwent plastic surgery with Dr. Marcos Fahme. Great Experience!

A high quality hospital with great facilities, the only problem is the service... Constant interruptions and frequently entering the room asking questions about your condition

We have been clients for more than 6 years for Oncological issues and orthopedic surgeries at the Hospital. The nurses are professionals, excellent and very humane treatment. Now that they changed the management the service is Terrible. We have made more than 100 admissions to the hospital and the last 3 and today there was almost a fourth very bad taste in the mouth. We'd better go to another hospital now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT very badly, the staff and the administration service and their criteria and policies are below what is professional and ethical attention.
