We definitely had a great experience! I totally forgot to reserve this when I was planning our trip and I reserved the night before at 8pm. Honestly i didn’t think it was going to work out but I was contacted almost immediately via WhatsApp to confirm. Carlos Olivares contacted us shortly after and provided his Turismo ID and the vehicle information for the next day. He was punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable ! We had a great day. The tours to the Bustamante’s cavern, Cola de Caballo falls and the city, Monterrey tour were excellent. Our tour guide was Mr. Martin Ramirez. He was kind, very nice person, excellent tour guide, and very punctual. We highly recommend his services!!!

Excellent service and very prepared guides, I loved the tour I knew more about my state although I am from N.L the tour and the guide's explanation opened my eyes to things I did not know about my own city Excellent 10/10
