I got my Master degree in this University. It has good teachers. The educational plans are flexible for people who works. I finished my degree in two years with classes only during Saturdays. The customer service is good. Since I entered the school on 2012 it has renovated the plans, the installations to gain more students and to obtain better performance among other Universities in Nuevo León. It is a good option.

I enrolled my son in a bachelor's degree just 1 year and 1 month ago. When the monthly payment date arrived, they told me that they could not charge me because I was unsubscribed, since I had entered the platform and had delivered jobs. The fact is that I ask for an investigation of the case and they bring me round and round. I ask for the return of the registration and they bring me round and round. I have filled out the stationery 3 times for the return. Finally, they send my son's mail a letter in which they explain the return process. I go to deliver said stationery requested in the mail to Campus Monterrey North and it turns out that the lady to whom we must deliver the stationery is not going to work due to the pandemic, which is why we sent an email with said stationery. Not having an answer, I went today to look for the person who sent the mail, Ms. Sandra Tamez, who does not know the case of the return of MY MONEY and answers that she is going to investigate because she does not know anything. Being that we have proof that the mail was sent by her requesting a stationery to be able to reimburse me. DO NOT ENROLL IN THAT SCHOOL. I KNOW OF OTHER CASES TO THOSE WHO HAVE DONE THE SAME THE SAME. THE IDEA IS TO MAKE YOU TURN AND TURN SO THAT YOU GET TIRED AND ALREADY DESPITE IT FOR LOST. AND THEY KEEP THE MONEY. BETTER ENROLL IN ANOTHER SCHOOL THEY WILL GIVE YOU BETTER SERVICE.
