They do not know how to serve their customers well. Since we sent patients with instructions to buy for example Hartman Solution and they did not want to sell the product since they told the family member that she needed a prescription, which is nonsense. Today something similar happens with another patient to get Levopantoprazole and they do it again. I think that they are training their personnel badly and, in their ignorance, they believe that they are controlled medicines or antibiotics and therefore they do not want to sell them. Ahhh and by the way they do not answer the phone that is registered
