We love this place. The staff is incredible by being informative, accommodating, and extremely nice. Our check-in was very welcoming and easy (and the beer/wine was a nice perk too). At checkout, the front desk rep noticed we weren't at breakfast and prepared a light breakfast for us to go before calling our taxi. Also we appreciated meeting the owner who personally thanked us for our stay - a very nice detail. The room was comfortable with local amenities including soap, lotion, etc. This hotel has a great attention to detail and I value their efforts to buying local products in the community. The bed/bedding was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The cleanliness of the room was on point. Also sitting on our beautiful balcony was a wonderful way to start/end both days of our trip. The location is central and we didn't have any issues walking/taking a taxi (again the staff was also very accommodating by calling our taxi). The hotel is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and it felt extremely safe/secure. Overall, I cannot say enough about this hotel - it's worth the price. We are very happy with our choice to stay here.

This is a wonderful place with very good value for money. The hotel has been designed with a lot if attention to detail. Staff and owner are extremely friendly and welcoming.

I checked in here on June 2 2017 and from the moment I entered the gates to the property ,I knew I had made the right choice. ... the staff is very proficient, friendly and well trained. The ambiance is so ideal for reflecting, relaxing and just having a peaceful break.. close to the town and just great. The room was everything I wanted and imagined . A really great experience and should I visit Tepoztlan , be very sure that this is where I will stay

This is our second year staying here and we love it. It's perfect to get away from our lives for a day or two and just relax. The staff are great, and the facilities are clean and beautiful. It's walking distance to town, and there's plenty to explore.
