Very nice place, a pity that at the time of staying the things that had been offered to me in the reservation were no longer included in the cost of the stay. The pool water is very cold, the rooms do not have air conditioning. Miss Maribel very despotic unlike her employees who are friendly. The food of the place very expensive in addition, that they take their lives to serve you. Not really a pleasant experience.

The place is excellent for a weekend of tranquility and relaxation. The detail is their hosting service since one reserves the room of their choice and then they change it for another one with a lower price, coupled with the explanation of the reservation is very different when it comes to staying as they offer: open bar and breakfast and These are charged to the account at checkout time. The experience leaves you with a good taste in your mouth.

Hahaha I want to emphasize that the waiter was very attentive, from there I never had hot water I asked that they change my room and they did not want just because of their @ # $ @ # the dirty bathroom the place is nice heated pool but for the price I know It is a bit expensive there are other cheaper friendly places and the same quality and we can find another better place for the same price and a much better breakfast ufff 😋😋😋

Nefarious their guest service, they do not know in the least respect for their guests. I made a reservation at their hotel which they did not want to respect, they wanted to give me a lower cost room than the one I had paid for, in addition to that they conditioned me that if I wanted to be respected the room I had to also hire their New Year's dinner with a cost of $ 1200 per person and that if I did not hire it they would not respect the room that I had already reserved, and that if I wanted because there were guests who were already waiting for the room. The lady who attended to me at the reception totally despotic besides that her personal hygiene leaves much to be desired with her filthy uniform to the utmost. I hope they don't have to go through a totally discriminatory event by this hotel. Bad their guest service.
