This place is magical, pristine views of the valley and cliffs surrounding Tepoztlán, breathtaking, it's hard to say if you're in Mexico or Italy. The staff at the hotel are attentive and extremely kind. The property is a little off road, but it's worth it. Try the foot massage, you will need it after climbing the Tepozteco.

The best without a doubt the staff that has a thousand times better attention than any international 5-star hotel, completely personalized and a kindness that you find in very few places, without a doubt that gives the place a very high added value. The cuisine is excellent, very traditional and well prepared, and the places available to consume food have an impressive view of the mountains. The soaps and shampoos are made by hand on site with Swiss Just products with local essences and plants. We went with our dogs and even the care for them is unique, and the staff is unmatched, without a doubt a place to go, relax, spend a very pleasant time with your pet. By the way, the reservation includes courtesy cocktails (mojitos are the best of Tepoztlan) and a complimentary pediluvio (foot massage) on the terrace, at night they make bonfires.

The place is beautiful, quiet, the food is delicious, but the most important thing is that the people who serve it are very friendly and they really make you feel very good and above all relaxed.
