I didn’t stay in the hotel so this review concentrates only on the restaurant. I just had a black coffee, cappuccino with churros. They were very nice, the churros were a little too crispy though, yet the toppings of lechera, raspberry jam and cajeta were nice. The garden is utterly beautiful depicting an Indian landscape flavor and stunning ponds with lotuses and gold fish.

A beautiful Hotel that has an incredible Spa, very good food and excellent service from all those who attend, the facilities in general are beautiful, the only important point to improve the quality of the internet, to transmit failure of everything else magnificent , congratulations to the staff and owners

The bar / restaurant service is awful. We only went to the restaurant, but after that experience, I'm definitely not staying at the hotel. We had to ask them to take the order because they didn't know it happened on their own, 30 mins to bring us the entrees, my soup came cold, I ask for additional drinks and they forgot. A disaster and total disorganization in the restaurant
