Terrible attention. They are made of praying. Looks like they're doing you a favor. The customer service leaves much to be desired, there is no interest on their part. They made me go to their aquarium, agreeing on the agreed day for them to leave me so I don't come back on Friday. So they think I have their time. I do not recommend it. He has many fish tanks awaiting repair who knows when.
