People arrogant and with bad attitude. They do not know how to attend or explain, they just tell you that you need "x" paper and close the window.

They are very incompetent, they have almost no system and they don't give you solutions. I have gone 3 times this week of which two days they had no system and the third they did not want to receive my documentation because there were already many people.
