I recently had a dilemma when I wanted to give flowers in the Nicolas Romero area, my first options were the typical ones (especially since I have used send flowers a lot) but what was my surprise that the delivery to that area was almost 300! !! so I decided to look for another option. Decorali had very good comments on both Google and Facebook and when we contacted them the response was immediate and very friendly. I chose a very nice and inexpensive bouquet: D !!!! The payment options are diverse and the follow-up is punctual and with a person, not with an application, which adds up since the attention is more personalized, they even sent me a photo at the time of delivery, which is nice because it is captured the emotion of the person. I am very happy that local companies have the expected quality. They have definitely earned a customer with me: D and I highly recommend them.

If you were looking to give an opportunity to someone other than ENVIAFLORES, do not choose this flower shop! I gave them a chance and they wanted to see my face, I sent them the photo of the flowers, a stuffed animal and a balloon that I wanted and they sent something TOTALLY DIFFERENT! Not even to apologize regardless if it was a mistake or it just occurred to them that it was a better idea to send something different. On the other hand, in its system there are errors which do not allow you to register to accumulate points. They insist that it is not the system and that it is your mistake, so their 'reward' system does not work. If you are looking for good attention and honesty, stay with ENVIAFLORES
