The cleaning lady being in the room opened the door even knowing that the room was occupied and that she had the safety lock on

Terrible, it is the second time that I have stayed and it will be the last, they do NOT change the sheets, we arrived with my husband, Doctor like ME, and they left us a simple soap, badly washed towels and VERY DIRTY sheets, unfortunately we realized very late , it is unfortunate that in a magical town beauty, a place is found in those conditions.
