Almost 6 months ago I took my watch to change the extendable. With bad attitude they gave me the note and an approximate of 20 days to be able to deliver it to me. It never happened, after a lot of waiting, they told me they would have it ready and it was not like that. They only made me travel to Mexico City and I did not have the extendable nor my watch. Due to my annoyance one of the attendants said that they would send it to my address since I do not live in Mexico City, they would be responsible for the payment of this shipment. Now they have called me but they have told me that they do not have such service and that I have to pick it up at their facilities. I recommend not exposing yourself to this type of service and save time and money. For now I only hope that at least my watch is returned to me.

I consider that the attention is bad because they do not have their current catalog for repairs, for the change of a battery they give you a period of one month and if your watch is "old" you run the irrigation that the pieces are already discontinued! they take care of flying in the annexed premises, they take care in the attention and attract a client
