The service they offer in terms of the units, drivers is terrible; It took me more than four hours waiting for the unit to arrive and another two hours to leave Mexico City because the drivers don't know the routes and apart from that they don't even know how to use the GPS. The unit was a green color, old, ugly and in poor condition, which has nothing to do with the photos on your page. There were people who came from Tijuana already desperate, tired and fed up because they were practically a day late. On the way the bus started to fail and if we were already late, we had to go slower, why don't I know what that old unit was failing. Inside I already smelled urine and 14 hours later I arrived at my destination. Anyway, you can't wait any longer for $ 500 that the ticket cost me. Lesson learned.

Terrible service I bought the ticket online and they never answered me where they are located, do not trust better care in the official bus station

Be very careful with this travel agency is disgusting dirty damaged buses on the outside and inside broken seats with telling them that the seats or elbow pads serve the bathroom or super dirty from the beginning. The chauffeurs are talking on the cell phone all the time they don't know the route to get to the destination the audio of the trucks does not simply serve a disgust look for other agencies. Don't get in and don't waste your money on this bad agency
