The attention from public servants is terrible, some are very rude and arrogant. The staff that attends the entrance if they are kind in a certain way, and in official part, from there on out they need to improve the attention to the public, and to the victims above all. If you have any questions, suggestions or complaints, you can go up to speak with the prosecutor and he, on the other hand, is a very calm, empathetic person, and with the ability to listen, and tries to solve the situation, that is the only advantage of the agency.

Terrible service, starting with not answering the calls, after the employees answer, they are very rude and when they link the call to ask for information about the detained person, they never answer ...
