Terrible service they do not know how to channel so many people, the advisors who can resolve the doubts of the people who line up for customer service that can be resolved outside do not do it that generates more delay, I do not know what happens but they always say that their system it's out of order, you're lucky when the tellers have money. Waiting time for customer service 3 HRS.

The people at the reception are rude, yesterday Friday, they denied me the service, it was 3 in the afternoon and they no longer let me pass either with customer service or with an executive, the girl was rude and told me that there would be no service see you Monday.

Attention is sometimes slow, but in reality the service is very good, so it is worth the wait. As customers we sometimes have to put ourselves in the shoes of the employees, I have had to see very rude clients when the employees only do their job. Fortunately, my experience at this branch has always been excellent.

It does not respect closing or opening hours. It is for now the only bank open and it would be fair if they at least provided the attention in the hours shown
