I had my glasses made and they were delivered to me with a scratch. The guarantee was not valid. When I requested them, I asked if someone else could pick them up and they said yes, as long as they brought the ticket. My son picked them up and when I put them on I saw the scratch. They tell me that I should have tried them when I received them inside the facilities, how was I going to test them if I did not enter? At no point did they tell my son to check them. I wore them at home and noticed the defect. But since it was not inside the laboratory, then the guarantee is not valid. If from the beginning they tell me that I PERSONALLY have to go for the glasses to try them, it would be something else. But if they tell me that anyone can collect them with the ticket, then I don't see how they can be tested if the patient is not in the laboratory. So do not misinform your services. They have no common sense.

You cannot communicate by phone one, but they have very good and fast attention. The treatment of the patient is very friendly.

Terrible service to make an appointment they send you a thousand menus, then even if you bring an appointment you can not enter you have to stand in line, if I do not have covid with the number of people here and being tecamac a red spotlight I am going to get infected
