Fast, cheap, attentive, friendly, clean and especially when I went there were no people, only me. I got out in about 20 minutes or less and only because one of their computers failed to capture my data, for the rest everything is fine.

I did not like the treatment they gave my mother, on Friday the 21st of the current month, the insurance company carried out the 24 elements blood chemistry study and they did not want to attend to her, the woman who treated her denied the service , was very rude and did not even check the mail that the insurance should have sent to have the studies carried out 😒 he simply denied them and declined saying that he had to present a physical sheet where a sheet came that will support that it was on behalf of the safe and so she could attend her, being that part of Aliens (the insurance company) said that it was not necessary since they provide an email to you where they notify that a certain person will attend a certain study. And if it bothers me a lot that they have people like that in their facilities working and giving that terrible service.

I think you have to be a little objective in terms of opinions ... The clinic is very separate from the laboratory and this space is for commenting on the laboratory ... Now that this has been clarified, the attention of the laboratory is good and if they show their prices in the screen that is located in the waiting room and in the cubicles where your data is captured ... You have to pay a little more attention to the environment before issuing an opinion ... To communicate with the branch, call the service center since the communication network that is available is internal to the company ☺️☺️
