I guess Flexi are concessions, my comment is in the sense that being franchises or concessions each owner has their own rules, Flexi San Juan Teotihuacán where I used to buy and recommended many friends and my family seems not to appreciate your loyalty as a customer, being totally inflexible in returns or change of footwear, in the section system no exchange is allowed and they do not return your money or you lose it. I left a note to the owner with my telephone number telling him that it was a little more flexible than if a change of shoes or a client was more important and he responded through his employees that the change of shoes which he would not do. He never had the courtesy to contact me and I stopped buying from you in this place (I clarify, Flexi the brand is a very good footwear and I still buy it but in other locations)
