It's a lousy service, I really stopped providing service for no reason, they should not be anything, even without service continued charging me and call them more than 30 times to get my Servian and nothing at the end I went with profeco and unfortunately they bribed to this institution not do anything, shame company in such a corrupt country like our Mexico. Do not look for trouble free.
