Do you know if the pantheon is open or only for pure burials?

A saturated place is true, most of the neighbors are there, but being objective if there are no resources is indicated, with great respect I say it since my relative is there. The maintenance is annual and affordable, inside there are staff that for a small amount can give maintenance to the grave. If there is no water in the well, there is a place below but be careful as it is slippery. Unfortunately there are abandoned dead, it seems common, but I repeat with respect to all is for people with scarce resources.

It is very disorganized and has no security that prevents them from stealing at night, also does not have bathroom service

It does not look very nice to say, most of the people that are buried there are people from the area, it is a popular area, with low-income people, there are some areas towards Miguel Hidalgo Avenue that are good.
