There was a big fire today, ask for help ... They told me that they could not help, because they did not reach that area and it did not correspond to them. They finally arrived, 3 hours after firefighters from more distant towns were fighting the fire. They thought it was a game, this fire lasted more than 5 hours.

Terrible citizen attention, I asked for help because my neighbor's house was burning down, they refused to help me. But in the end they arrived after a few hours because the fire was of a significant magnitude.

Request the service, there was a kitten stuck at the tip of a tree, talk like 3 times and they just said yes and never arrived, Terrible service, there is no citizen ATTENTION. 😠😠😠🤬

We requested the service because there is a lot of gas smell I reported it at 10 in the morning and they told me that in 15 'it arrived. I have insisted and they do not answer me. At 11:40 I passed the truck and I called them and they did NOT STOP AT THE ADDRESS requested. Who can I talk to? Thank you
