At first the service was good, but there is a point where they stop answering your calls, they make you go around the premises a lot since you never find the entire staff, because one carries the agenda, another the designs and another talks to the installers (or so they said), then you must run with luck to find the one you are looking for, so that in the end you are apologized for any detail in the service. The kitchen was left uncut from the stove part because the installers said they would come back when the stove was physically at home (which seemed very prudent to me) of course by dialing to finish this part of their job that Suppose it was included in the cost of installing the kitchen, it turns out that they charged you an absurd amount. Likewise, the kitchen did not receive all the necessary finishes, for example, it was left without the cover edge of the kitchen on all edges. In the end I had to end up resorting to another provider to finish with all the details that Modulares México did not finish, since they want to charge you an extra and high cost for everything they had to do.
