It is a nice environment to train, the prices I would say are even very cheap, the instructors are nice and know what they do, besides being careful with people and know how to work with each person depending on problems, diseases and ages, in addition they offer very nice food support, on the other hand the equipment is extremely well for an intense training, you just have to take into account the hours that you are going to work since some machines must be shared, but in general it is a very good place and accessible to exercise. 100% recommended

The instructors do not stop learning and therefore have a better plan for each of the clients, which causes changes to be appreciated more quickly than in many of the area! Totally recommended!
