Isla Mujeres Palace All Inclusive - Couples Only

The resort is acceptable with moderately good cleanliness. Like many places in Mexico the people are phenomenal. Excellent service and big smiles all around. Being on the island has its drawbacks. For one to get to Cancun for tours or really anything to do, you have unreliable potentially hours of waiting on the ferry. I was told you could hire private boats as well. We opted to rent a golf cart from indigo(highest Yelp reviews) and they were great. Nothing here is a big operation so remember the guy running that shop is doing a lot to get by. Once you have a cart you can drive around the island and take in all the breathtaking sites along with the gut wrenching smells. These people seem to me to be absolutely golden, but just be prepared for open septic pools and the accompanying stench. If you’ve stayed at leblanc do not expect that when you get to isle mujeres. All things considered the place is okay and you can definitely relax. There is evidently a club next door that seems to compete for musical airspace and it can be quite annoying at times. Limited food options but you can eat enough to survive easy enough.

Our stay was short but wonderful. The staff and their customer service was amazing. We had a very attentive server, Julian , he went above and beyond to make our experience the best.
