I had visited two years ago and had a great experience. Decided to back and take more family and friends. Employees need some more training. Everyone over the phone and online is kind. Employees there however are very rude, beds stated they were queen size which they were not. Only purchased a deluxe breakfast room and I didn’t even know there was more plans they made sure to say our bracelet didn’t include anything else. But nothing else was offered. Couldn’t even catch a meal because they said no space even thought the restaurant was empty. The locals at the beach and local areas were very nice and helpful and get better service from them then at this hotel. For that money stay elsewhere. I will never return here. Will look at better hotels.

The property and the location are SUPER!!! It is right in front of the beach and only 5 minutes walking to the clubs and nightlife nearby. The room is nice and clean as well as throughout the property. The entire staff were AMAZING & FRIENDLY during my stay. The only downside was during the check-in. It took awhile but still within acceptable time frame. Definitely recommended this place.

Good hotel close to a cool light house. Great views of the region and the entire beach of the hotel zone. Cool external area too with three swimming pools. Good for young adults as for kids and couples. Nice dance performance of the native people. You can find local made handicraft too at night, sometimes, inside the hotel.

The staff was amazing, very tentative and courteous. I had the all inclusive package and stayed in the Altitude tower ocean view. Loved the view. I wish there was a jacuzzi on site besides in the spa.

Do not stay here , our room linens were dirty when we arrived. The room smelled like fish and mildew. The hotel scammed us out of an additional $200 because they claimed our booking was for 1 person instead of 2. Then they offered us a "complimentary" breakfast and tour if we listed to a 1.5 hr presentation. We asked to leave 2 hours in. They kept bringing person after person after we asked to leave again, asked for our tour tickets, they said is to give us our gift. But it was just another salesperson. Total ended up taking away 3 hours or more of our vacation. When we complain to the hotel about their methods the manager told me that we agreed to go. I told the hotel manager we agreed to one and a half hour not three or four. She seemed not to care unapologetic. we will not stay here again and we do not recommend anyone else stay here either. Unless if you want to be charged an extra $200 for your family member to stay in the room with you and get 4 hours of your vacation taken away.
