We arrived at this location as a result of the catamaran tour guide directions to this store. We naturally went inside to see what the hype was about and the products they had to sell. The items were mainly silver type items that could be had in the USA for a cheaper cost than this outlet jewelry store. They really wanted to get us to use a credit card which I advised my friend not to do a card transaction with jewelry. The price wasn't in line with known exchange rates. I would not recommend coming to shop here as a result of the directions of a boat tours guide whose intent seems built to milk every single peso out of your pocket.

These guys are amazing! Made us custom wedding bands in 2 days with the exact stone we picked! Friendly and knowledgeable. I will never shop anywhere else. This other reviewer below must not have experience talking with locals or buying real mexican silver. Awesome experience. This is our 5th trip to the island. LOVE PauPao!

Hello, I have come to comment since one comment says that the store only "takes money" this is not the case. This shop takes a long time on the island and the boat guides recommend this place, since the owner of the store is very well-known by the whole island population and they know the performance that it puts at the time of working, I being honest, they make a good treatment to the clientele, the prices are accessible and they give you the option to pay in cash and do not "force" you to pay by card. It is so well known this place that a prestigious hotel "Royal Palace" hires it next, I am one of your clients and I have done many beautiful things, I would go back a million times
