Great location! When in Cancun take the ferry over you will not be disappointed! Been 2 times and I would go back again! Just Beautiful!!

My daughter and I took the ferry from Cancun to the tiny island in February 2018 on the most beautiful day weather wise. I can't stand the extreme hot weather so going in the Mexican winter time was perfect for me. On the boat was a Mexican singer/guitarist who played all the Spanish songs everyone loves. Was great, it got the tourists going.. Once there, we rented a golf cart for a few hours to tour the island. It's very compact when you get off the ferry with a lot of shops stores restaurants . We toured the island which was nice in some areas but under construction in others. I wanted particularly to go to the point to visit the goddess , her statue and see the lighthouse ruins on the tip of the island. That was very beautiful and picturesque. Great place for hanging out and walking around. The beach was kinda nice.. but the water not deep; not even waist high and your not allowing to go out too far. I guess it's due to the many boats . I don't know if was high or low tide. The seaweed that inhabitants the shore was annoying as well. There's a public restroom but it was neglected..That's why I gave the island four stars.

Worth all 3 dollars to get in. The sculptures have seen better days. But take the time to explore. Follow the path to the right and in two places you will find stairs leading down the cliff to the water. There's a pathway down there you can walk nearly all the way around the park - fantastic views.

Quiet place. But it is 30pesos for one person to enter. The view is worth it! Also got to fly my drone here
