We spent wonderful time at this amazing place. Our daughter Lili and Gabi want thank so much nice stuff in kids club- thank u, you do great job! The activities was really nice and full of fun. Kids back from club always super happy. It’s safe, clean place with great toys, nice area and especially warm and kind stuff. Thank you again!

This place is seriously one of the best all inclusive resorts i have been to. I feel like the staff here is so attentive to everything. We had a few little mishaps but then we had to remember that more than half of the staff at any resort right now are all new hires. We walked in to our room one night and it was flooded. There happened to be a huge storm while we were gone and we had the rooftop suite so it came down the stairs. We got back around midnight and the front staff moved us rooms immediately. They also offered me a couple things and one of them being a little massage. You guys.. the spa is INCREDIBLE. I ended up upgrading to more time to my massage and let me tell you.. it was completely worth it. The spa is huge! The food and drinks here are also so amazing. We have stayed at other all inclusive resorts and this by far has the best food. The drinks are also amazing. Let the servers have fun with making you surprise drinks. You won’t be disappointed. I love that this resort has gates and you have to be checked in and out of the resort. Transportation from any excursion will come and pick you up right in front of the hotel. This resort is a family friendly resort and right next to it there is the adults only side. The beach is for both sides. We went to the beach once and it was definitely more for party adults. The beach isn’t the most exciting at this resort but it did the trick. The one turn off is that this is some sort of time share resort situation. I wasn’t interested and i told the lady and she didn’t push me anymore so that was a plus! I would HIGHLY recommend coming here. It was really truly one of the best vacations i have ever had . I will definitely be coming back!!

The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The view of the pool area is very nice and looks out onto the forest with the anticipation of the ocean in the distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all cases. The food was good and plentiful. The pools were clean and fun. The time at the beach, unfortunately, was limited by a tropical storm with accompanying winds and rain and eventually hurricane DELTA! Neither of these were the hotel's fault. A very nice stay!

My family and I are very unhappy with our experience. The resort was BORING. There was nothing for the kids to do and absolutely no entertainment for the guests. The menus at the restaurants were repetitive and absolutely NO variety. We ate the same thing every single night, the menu did not change. Once again, nothing to do for the teens. There's a kids club for young kids, but absolutely nothing to do for the teens and young adults. Nothing. The resort was lacking excitement. Very unhappy.

1️⃣0️⃣ ⭐️Resort! From the staff to food - everything is excellent ! We came for 9 nights and leaving on the 27th! Everyone is so nice and generous! Food is great ! I don’t know how can someone say the buffet is poor and has same food selection daily - that is not true ! Bread they make is so tasty reminds me of our Polish traditional home made ! Even the baguette 🥖 with butter and sugar it’s a taste from my Childhood :)! Rooms are very very clean! Bathroom around poll area and whole hotel Are very clean also! We Met the chef of buffet today ! Awesome men with an excellent taste! Good job! Keep up the good work, you’re great at it ! As when it comes to pets , we came with tiny Maltese, I wish they had an area just for Dogs so they can run around! It is pet Friendly but In my opinion there should be more space for people with pets as they can’t do much . Maybe a little closet fenced Area Work grass and water fountain??..... 10 Stars ⭐️
