Reviews
After making your non-refundable reservation you are told you have to make a deposit. This comes along with 11 pages! of instructions, in Spanish. If you don't make the deposit they won't give you the access codes. They provided the wrong WiFi address and password and it took four hours to sort that out.
A security guard escorts you to the villa upon arrival which was nice. Then once he found out I was from the US he found it necessary to inform me "I don't like the US."
It probably goes without saying there was no hot water.
