The Center for Research in Applied Science and Advanced Technology (CICATA Unit Querétaro) is an instance of the National Polytechnic Institute where projects are developed in the areas of Mechatronics, Image Analysis (Computer Vision), Alternative Energies, Biotechnology and Materials Processing and Manufacturing Account with convention PNPC of the Conacyt and studies of Specialty, Masters and Doctorate in Advanced Technology. Admission is semi-annual.
