Terrible, whenever I dial for information or leak reports, they pick up the phone but no one answers. Online payment does not work, enter to pay so you will see that only an error appears.

Procedures for fast payment

We are in the 21st century, and the service is ASCO! You call to report a leak, and they ask for it up to the Methuselah act. You do the face-to-face report, and they ask for the address, name, phone number, photo ID, fill out a report, but they never arrive. They REALLY ARE USELESS!
