From huejotzingo these chickens stand out, although I think they are not well known by tourists, they are well worth trying since they have a very rich flavor, highlighting the chicken in chiltepin, which is the specialty, accompanied by some exquisite beans. They also sell Arabic tacos in case you don't want chicken.
