A church that seems to have history. It makes me feel very religious. One pico of tacos in a stand in front of the gate is delicious.

Beautiful Church!

Majestic church located in the center of Xochimilco, with large and beautiful gardens and a small church on one side, it has a two-story cloister and a central patio with the image of Juan Diego, made in bronze, as well as a fountain. Each of the images is currently being restored, in addition to the interior and the damage caused by time and the 2017 earthquake. You can visit and tour its huge gardens on any day of the week, I recommend going in the morning and taking a break from hectic city life.

It is not beautiful ... What follows. It's a shame that it was damaged in the 2017 earthquake and is still undergoing restoration. On the outside it looks less grand than on the inside. It's worth sitting down and seeing every little detail of the construction, the art, everything.

Although it is January 2021 and it is still closed due to the pandemic and renovations, it is a very beautiful church.
