Excellent that these types of convenience stores exist in small and tourist communities. Well-stocked, payment and recharge services. Facilities and cleaning very well. They demand hygiene and sanitation measures. Good attention. Do not take it personally, most of the people in this region of the country are not very friendly, much less attentive, the good thing is that it is not with bad intentions, that is their way of being.

A horrible experience we had in this store. The clerk or cashier asked us for a smaller ticket than the one I was giving her and I told her that with that I was going to pay. She did not want to sell me and she left me unattended. I put up my backpack and I was going to take out my credit card. I wanted to take note of his name on the cell phone and he pulled the backpack and broke it. There is no respect, no customer service. Very bad service in addition to the incident. They do not ask if you want something more. It is not the first time that I go to that branch.

The cashier does not let fill jugs because water is thrown in spite of being told to lend me a mop to clean the floor and she also says that she does not have to clean. In other words, it is also loose for cleaning and slow for cash collection. 🤦‍♂️

Lousy service, they take care of you badly and also the staff forcibly wants you to consume something you don't want and to top it all they never change 0.50 cents.
