We enjoyed staying 2 nights at this hotel that is just between Mazunte and San Augustinillo. The was a parking for the car so we could just walk to the nearby beaches, cafés and restaurants. Yes, it's up a steep hill but it's really not that bad to walk! While the hotel itself is rather basic comfort (despite it's «luxury» façade), the view from the room, the cleanliness of the premises, the quietness at night and the courtesy of the staff made it a very agreable experience. Breakfast is possible but there are other intersting options in both villages. I would say it's a good choice if you need a quiet and private location not too expensive.

We chose this hotel for its high ratings. It has no AC, hotter inside the room then out. Pool was dirty 8 days out of 10. Since the pool was never clean, we decided to move to another hotel. The owner Omar refused to refund the is the 10 days out of 20 days we paid for in advance. Staff was great and the owner Omar is verbally abusive to his staff and does not supply them with adequate cleaning supplies for the rooms and the pool. We were eaten by mosquitoes every night and there were 3 to 4 and a lizard in our room at all time eating bugs. One lizard fell on my husband head while he was sleeping to eat the mosquitos off of him!!!

We stayed at Casa Qi on our short trip to the Oaxacan coast and it was perfect. A great relaxing space to hang out with amazing hospitality. We would either chill by the pool with an amazing ocean view, or take a quick stroll down to the beach. Make sure to ask Omar for recommendations on what to do, and ask him to help you arrange to go on a whale and dolphin tour. It was the highlight of our trip!

After Reading all the great reviews my wife and I decided to stay here for 2 nights this was a very big mistake 1st off you Share the Room with lots of mosquitoes and about 6 to lizards a night that were running through the Room all over the walls and the ceiling there was no air conditioning the beds were very tiny at 1 point I fell off the bed while I was asleep the swimming pool is so disgusting that looked like it hadn't been clean since they open the place the staff was very friendly breakfast was really good hay jesus was super sweet to me and my wife Javier the manager I think all he did was sit on his a __. _ and drink beer all day over all I will not return save your money for an n extra $25 Casa aamori. Or casa la hola was way better
