The staffs are very helpful. You can pretty much find most baking items here from raw materials to decoration and packaging.

Went there to get some baking materials. Amongst the things i bought was a bag of CSR fine sugar. Paid and left but soon after, realised the bag had a tiny hole (about 1mm length) at the front- i could also feel sugar on the outside of the bag. So i brought it back to exchange for a new one. The lady at the counter went to get me a bag which also had a hole at the same spot. She asked me to get a bag myself so i said ok. I then realised all bags of CSR fine sugar in their shop had at least 1 hole in it. I took one which i felt had the least number of holes. The lady did not even apologise about it. Before leaving, i reminded her she needed to report to her boss so this gets rectified. I reached home and was mortified to see at least 10 holes, each on different part of the bag. So ended up using cello tape to tape em up. I have never purchased a bag of sugar with holes all over it. That was just absurd. Now i have to deal with ants in my house. Thanks for that.

Everything I bought from this shop is good. But cake mold quality is very terrible yet costly. A 6 inch cake mold costed me around RM19 and used it not more than 5 times, the black surface of the cake mold is shedding and rusting. Yet, part of my cake sticked by the black fragments of the cake mold. Hope the big company like bake with yen can emphasize the quality of the product they purchased from supplier!
