Very very bad service, request for fully synthetic engine oil, they use semi-synthetic engine oil instead. Not once, they still using this tactic to everyone. My dad and I have experienced this. You think people got time to go service their car for every 3 months? So you think you can get more labor charge by doing this? Do not service your Proton in here, please go to another Proton outlets. Dishonest service advisor don't deserve to serve customer.
