Staff are very friendly and accommodating. So far never encountered any rude staff whatsoever. Congratulations to the management and all Jerteh Giant Staff. 👍🏼👌🏻

Overall, satisfied with Giant. But quite disappointed with the Foodcourt. Especially Uncle Jack & Sizzling station. Setiap kali pergi habis even baru pukul 3 petang. Uncle Jack pulak ayam akan goreng upon request. Meaning to say dah habis baru goreng. Is it the SOP for Uncle Jack ? If itu memang SOP uncle jack I boleh terima. But if not, the Management please solved this problem. Same goes to sizzling station, always run out the stock. Even the jeruk cili habis pun tak refill. To sizzling boss, you have to observe your staff work.
