Came to change cash about 11.30am but now 2.10pm still havent called and out of 10 counter only 4 operating....its true MCO is in order...but pls....2hr+ to change the cash....time is precious....

Of all banks in this town, this is the only one that closes at the earliest closing hour, 1pm (during CMCO). What’s worse is when other banks still practice 4pm cheque cutoff time despite their early closure, this Maybank branch has its cheque clearance cutoff time at 12pm. Seriously? I would also like to bring the management’s attention on the guard who simply lets customers who didn’t queue to get in to counter banking hall first without prior checking their “Premier” status. I would expect the guard to carry out his/ her due diligence by performing a simple ID check (either by Premier status debit card/ letting the receptionist to check IC for premier status checking). All he did was to simply let them in. This is pretty unfair to customers who comes early to queue. I mean, customers queueing, at least, want some valid reason from the guard for allowing people to go in without queueing isn’t?

I really like this Maybank branch due to their efficiency and diligence. I had experienced several banking issues to which I sought out their assistance, and they were very helpful. They were obviously busy, what with the morning crowd, but they still accommodated me and even followed up afterwards on my case. I applaud their hard work and am very grateful. Note: Parking is difficult, made worse by lazy and inconsiderate people who double park, instead of parking properly and walking a little. Help the situation by being a little more thoughtful.
