Needed a document urgently and the staff promised me it would be done a week ago and never heard anything ever since. So I called the customer service 5 times and the staff hanged on me?! What kind of service is this?!! So disappointed 😠

i just give a call to public bank banting regarding about my debit card there were a chinese lady ans me very very rudely and just hang of. if she dont want work ask her quite the job not be rude to people stupid lifeless women

Bad customer service, the staff attended to me was very rude. Apart from that, called the number from morning to evening, nobody bother to pick up, perhaps the business is too good!?

Call several times no one pick up. Even its pkpp I don't know if they closed or they just don't want anyone to disturb
