Cambridge English For Life Banting

I had just spoken with the person who picked up my phone call at 11.49am and my question was pretty simple. Do you have a course that could get me certified as an English Teacher? And her answer was I don't really understand what you said... Ok, I just need a certificate to certify me as an English Teacher, do you have it?.. That one you need a TESOL and I don't know how good is your English, because over here we only teach English courses and speaking... (by this time I am already frustrated with her and really in need to speak to someone who understands English...) So, you don't certify students to be English teacher? Yes, you need to study here one year then we can send your scores to HQ and then they will send it to Cambridge UK for certification. (at last she answered it what I was asking earlier, in a manner where nobody should be treated by representative who works at an English language centre) Because I don't know how good is your English, so need to come here first then we will do a placement test. I have the worst time imagining myself to be enrolled here. Then, I really had great view about Cambridge English For Life for many years... But now this one had turned me off right away. It was just a five minutes conversation to ruin your customer. Please also brush up your enthusiasm in picking up calls. Where is your Good morning or maybe you were not sure of afternoon.
