I went to the swimming pool and cafe only. Pool was clean but it's a not deep enough for the jumping training purposes. The toilet is clean but don't even have rubbish bin. Cafe was spacious and clean, but the food kiosks were not completely opened at weekend. The toilet in the cafe was located at a dodgy location without any signboard.

I am a student of MAHSA since 2016. Although it's a fast growing university, I must say the university was well managed few years back than what it is now. I am not sure if it's the increase in the number of students or their desire to expand the university in ways they might not be ably to afford. Whichever it is, pressuring students to pay for unnecessary things so that you can improve your facilities is not the way a university should operate. Yes it is good to have a vision of expanding the university but do so with time and with love and positivity from the students instead of making them complain about the management all the time. Students come to the university with such hopes and their only concern would be their studies, but management does not fail to create issues for them. For instance, when doing some inquiries, via email, the management would rarely reply to you or reply in a way which makes it seem as to they are very annoyed. That is not the way a students must be addressed. You are here to help us, to solve our technical issues, be it fees or other problems, but mostly it feels as though we are ignored or your management does not care enough to help and be friendly. It's better to have an increased tuition fee than asking for unnecessary fees such as gym. It's also upsetting that MAHSA alumni are not treated with any sort of benefits as well. Whatever it is. I just hope that the management would recruit or monitor their staffs to make sure they are going their job with polite manners and proper responses instead of being arrogant and ignoring student issues.

good environment to study at the library but. only one more things. the staff and management at MAHSA is very low class. the staff face like wanna eat and don't have a good face and use a high and abusive tone when speaking. especially warden residence at MAHSA University, jenjarom Selangor. the woman was very rude even though the students tried to talk politely with her. this is a private university. you need to be polite with everyone. no matter the age or race don't be rude to everyone.

The campus is huge and comfortable. All lecturers are friendly and profession on their own fields. One bad thing is that the place lack of public transports and it is unfriendly to those who doesn't own a car.

As u enter the university be greeted by friendly security guard. Campus very clean n well organized. Ample parking space. Cafeteria food reasonably price. Only thing is they allow cats to be in n around the cafeteria which I feel is unhygienic. They need to think about the current pandemic we are facing now.
