I never had good experience with this branch, you could spend more than 30 minutes( not including queuing time 20mins outside the bank) to wait for a less than 5 minutes transaction.

Hi. I just want to request for right and genuine Tel no. As given by PB Sg Chua Branch, called so many times no pickup. I'm on befalf of my dotter, she got an acc opened at your branch, but now she working at Kuantan. She just want to request the Bank Statements, but Kuantan Branch can't print it out. Its not worth it to going there only for the statement. Alrdy applied for the e-statement, but issue now is she need urgent. So pls do reply my comment soonest.
