I have about 5kg of coins.. First time wanted to make a deposit, a few weeks ago, I was told the coin machine was broken. The second time last week, I was told machine was okay, but I had to separate the coins.. but they took my notes deposit just fine.. I showed up again just now, 5 minutes to 12.00.. I was told at the door sorry, after 12.00 we only entertain corporate customers. I asked 'syarat tu tulis kat mana? / the girl said tak ada.. . Come on bank islam kajang. Treat your customers better.. It's not going to kill you to just put my coins in your machine. I think your staffs are just lazy..

Personally I think the service is average. Only certain employee willing to help you with enquiries. While others just turn a blind eye or giving you wrong instructions. For example, when I first time hand in the slip and the some word is cut because wrong word written. The person tell me rewrite and so I write again. Then second time, the other guy is willing to tell which part wrong and correct. Then finally I able to proceed my transaction successfully.This mean double job required :(
