Call to tell me to renew FD to enjoy higher rate, told me must walk in and no need to sign up any other commitment, upon walk in bank officer only reveal must pair with other investment fund to enjoy higher interest rate. Felt this is dishonest business practise, and this telemarketing call happen twice within 2 months. Public Bank, you have lost my trust.

Super slow service, the front desk advise wrongly on opening new fd account, wasted time and I need to wait for new que. Beside customer service by Chinese lady who is friendly and helpful, the rest at counter doesn't smile and the que like turtle . No comprosison to other outlet especially puchong branch.
