Complete gym equipment to train every parts of your body!!!not to mention that there is a lot of friendly attendants to warmly welcome you come and go from the gym!!!

Overall good equipment and good maintenance, only downside is tight space around the free weights area.

The overall experience is fair here. The service for registration trumps all other services, duh! But gym instructors can be a little less proactive (passive) at times when it comes to teaching and giving lessons. The fees is expected, cheapest is RM155 (pass for single outlet, and able to use all facilities including toilet and bathroom.)though the toilet bathroom here might not be for the faint of heart. The facilities here are as complete as it gets. Peak hours are weekdays after office hours. Packed like sardines. So, unless ure working out outside of these hours, it's not worth enrolling here. Many other classes, sessions and activities for those group loving lot.

Friendly staff and coach.you can make a lot of friends here who have the same mission as yours.they also practice good hygiene SOP.
