I'm having a bit trouble upon registration..but its all had been taking care of..my parents arrived first at the hotel..i asked them to let my parents check in first..and i'll be arriving soon..after a few calls then they let them in..as soon as i arrive..i pay for all the rooms..and just when i thought everything is good..at 7pm i got a call from the staff saying i didn't pay for the room..right after i said i got the receipt..and do you want me to show the receipt..then he apologize..the pool function only one..and they opened for outsider..and by the way..they limit pool user during covid..you be lucky if your kids can hope in..well the room is nice and spacious.. hopefully management will repair the pool and registration system

I called the Customer Service Representative through the number provided, he wasn't welcoming at all. He acted like he doesnt even want to talk. Worst customer service experience ever ! Good hotel but its such a shame that they had a rude staff.

Lovely place and quiet.....but since its a chalet concept...it can be very lonely at night..a good place for a nice evening walk

I feel overall the place didn't give me a good stay...first my room sink was clogged n the sink was so dirty...including the bathroom was so dirty...n need to upgrade. Secondly they din have a laundry bag. N the pillows was also not in a good condition. Last n the worst was my breakfast...food looked dull...no freshness at all...very very less variety for a buffet. N believe me...the flies was all over the food area..which made me twice to think to eat the food. Seriously i had a bad stay at the Resort. 😡🥺😡
