So this is the outcome that I received as I paid off total bill RM 220 but the deco words on balloon was broken? The staff still asked me whether I can accept or not, if I want to change the words then I must go to another branch which located at Petani Jaya because all the cake design and decoration done by that branch. Lagenda branch only made bread, cake problem are not related with them.
