City-Link Express Gong Badak

Hi, i am Hakimi It Engineer From Sifu Tech, parcel number 998900000651795 I have call kuala terengganu center on thursday regarding my item that already arrive at kuala terengganu hub starting 9 Feb 2021. Would like to ask when actually the item will be send to my company ? It already stuck there for almost 14 days. On thursday (18/2/2021) i call terengganu center asking about my parcel. I was shock the customer servis ask me to pick up the item my self at gong badak? Then what for using citylink if we would like to send our item by ourself. Then she said that she will arrange the item to be send to me on saturday. But still no sign of it. Then yesterday (21/2/2021) i call terengganu center again and the person also ask me again either i would like to pick up the item by my self . 😔 She said again that will arrange to send the item by yesterday but still no sign of it. Please help to send ASAP. Why holding the item so long.

Fast attend by customer service maybe no people that time. This is new location for Citi Link express as previously in town now move to here.

I don't know how many times, city link terengganu always delays delivery. Even it's been a long time near citylink terengganu, but the goods to get home take almost 2 weeks!

The goods have reached the center but delivery is taken 3 weeks to get home, come to the center itself to collect say the goods are already on the truck but wait until 5 days to get it. a total of 1 month waiting! bad service City Link Kuala Terengganu. please improve!

Goods 4 5 days duk peram x deliver. Call x lift. 2 times before 6pm, but not closed dh. Really angry By 1st & last. Very not recommended.
